KTSL are an ITSM provider, they’re innovative in what they do, using Augmented Reality to provide direct error reporting, ticket logging and maintenance booking on hardware for over 180 businesses.
Their existing brand was tired and didn’t reflect the brands evolution or core values. They are a dynamic business, able to help businesses evolve and move away from tired technology practices. In order to do this they utilise a hexagonal shaped asset which users scan through their device to bring up any issues in real-time that affect their piece of equipment.
I expanded on that shape to create their marque, giving it a subtle 3D look as a nod to the nature of Augmented Reality, pairing it with a bold and modern colour palette which was then carried forward into a full website overhaul, including comprehensive icon pack, illustration style and other on-going brand assets.
